Built To Last … stories

After announcing the Built To Last Business Mastermind, I have had people asking me what kind of results can I expect as a participant in the program.  So I wanted to share some stories of members of previous masterminds and other group programs.
Lockdown has been tough for many small business owners and during the lockdown, we have run a few different programs to support small business owners. One such member, Olein Webster, saw her business Diamond Travel shrink radically to the point where most of the time she was just dealing with cancellations, as travel closed around the world.
But with the support of the group she spent the time working ON her business, with ideas from the group seeing her build a lead magnet, and investigating other ways to serve her customers and prospects during this time.
She doubled down on visibility, providing rich content and positioning herself as a goto expert in her particular field which resulted in her ’15 minutes of fame’ as she was featured on a TV news item
Another example of the power of being part of a mastermind is the opportunity for collaboration and joint ventures within the group. This is above and beyond supporting each other by providing your products and services. This is what happened with two members, Lou Crocker, and Milesh Lakhani, of one group. They are now working together on a development project.
The project is going well are now looking for other projects to do together expanding their portfolios.
Working together towards your goals and holding each other accountable is key as Mark Fay suggests.
He also completely pivoted his business with the support and knowledge he got from talking through his ideas with other members of the group and is now working towards growing his new business so that his wife can retire early.
In short you will have more opportunity to collaborate, grow and evolve your business within a vibrant, proactive mastermind than any other programs.
So don’t waste the opportunity as seats are limited as the groups are small and focused to ensure that the right mix are working together.
