Over the past two decades, since I discovered coaching with Thomas Leonard and Coachville, I have coached teams and helped small business owners and entrepreneurs build sustainable, purpose-driven businesses. With a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience, I specialise in guiding newer business owners—those in the startup stage or transitioning from corporate roles—through the complexities of running a business.

Mentoring
A mentor has travelled the road before you. They have more experience and expertise than you and will use that to show you the steps they have taken in the expectation that you will learn from their successes, their failures and their insights.
Teaching
A teacher will help you learn and practice skills. The transfer of knowledge is generally delivered in a more structured way in the desire and expectation that you will absorb and LEARN the skills and apply the knowledge.
Counselling
This is a therapeutic practice used to help you work through past personal issues, mental and emotional concerns. Counsellors are trained to provide specific support towards healing and self-understanding.
Consulting
A consultant will provide specialist expertise to specific issues. They will use this expertise to identify problems, suggest and even implement solutions.
Coaching
There are elements of self-discovery, knowledge and skill practice in a coaching relationship. But the coaching relationship focuses on unlocking potential in the player, encouraging and empowering you to find your own specific solutions and traveling your own specific road with a companion, focused on your future, your growth and your goals.
All I can guarantee is that if you do the work, transformation will happen. I cannot guarantee particular outcomes. But what I can guarantee is that I'll show up, I'll challenge you, we'll play together and you will grow.
I offer a free coaching session. During this session, together we will explore where you are, your challenges, your hopes dreams and goals. With this clarity that comes from this session, we will have a clear understanding whether and how we can play together further. Taking the next step and booking one of the programs/packages is a commitment to your growth and the exchange in value binds that commitment to yourself, your business and your growth.
After we have completed the program, the journey continues. And we can agree to continue to travel together with another package after discussing the next steps, or, we can part ways, maybe to connect later ... or not.
